2000	Entrepose Industrial Services Ltd, registered as a UK Limited Company.
2002	Established permanent UK Head Office in Banbury
2003	Management Buy Out of Entrepose from Suez
2005	Float company on Paris Stock Exchange
2007	May – Entrepose acquire Spiecapag June – Vinci acquire Entrepose Group
2010	Group reorganisation and EIS becomes part of Spiecapag S.A
2011	EIS becomes Spiecapag UK Limited (SUL)
